Finding vouchers for employees at Christmas or general rewards at any time during the year is often a tough task.
When budgets are tight it can be even harder to find the correct vouchers to reward team members. These work very well as employee rewards as the employee is forced to use the voucher for a positive experience, or night away in a hotel, therefore research shows that they remember the reward and relate the usage with the company as a positive gift.
